It looks more and more dated as time goes on, but still a great flick.
That's a powerful statement considering those with their toes nailed down by the nails of religion and repressive small-town mindedness are unwilling to comprehend. Which is a complete generalization because when I was growing up I was nailed down by religion and lived in a small town. And yet many of the youth around were holding punk shows at VFWs, reading zines and breaking out of the mold - but most of us apart of that society had to get away from the conservative-minded (notice I'm not speaking of money, because being conservative with money is a great thing, hehe) towns. I can only hope that narrow-mindedness is astounding to more americans in the future.
